These are the rules SlowDen actually follows when it lists and describes a game. They are published so you can check the site against them — and tell us when we fail.
Most games on SlowDen are partner games shown in partnership with Playgama and remain the property of the studios that made them. Some are SlowDen Originals. Developers can also submit a finished browser game free — any engine, any skill level, no account needed.
A game is listed because it runs in a browser without a download. SlowDen does not charge a studio to be listed and does not accept payment for placement, ordering or a review.
Each game page says whether the game suits a phone. That answer comes from the control list the studio itself published, not from SlowDen testing every game and not from a supplier's "mobile ready" flag.
We checked that flag and it contradicted itself — it claimed phone support for 12 of 14 games whose own controls named a keyboard only. So the rule is: trust a "no", never trust a "yes". Where a studio published no control list, the page says the answer is unknown rather than guessing. Of 200 games, 39 publish no control list, and every one of those pages says so.
Every game credits the studio that made it, by name, on its card and on its own page. 113 studios are credited across 200 games. Game artwork belongs to those studios, not to SlowDen. If you are a studio and want your game removed, say so and it goes the same day.
If something here is wrong — a wrong credit, a broken game, a claim we cannot back — tell us and we will fix it and say what changed. We would rather be corrected than be confidently wrong.
No. SlowDen does not charge studios to be listed and does not accept payment for placement, ordering, features or reviews.
No. SlowDen does not publish reviews or scores for the games it lists, because it has not played them all and will not pretend otherwise. Pages describe what a game is and what it needs, using the studio’s own published information.
